Unleash the leader in you!

Led by accomplished mentors from prestigious leadership institutions, the Youth Leadership Conference empowers high school students to cultivate confidence, collaboration, and communication skills necessary for solving global issues and driving positive change in the world. Throughout the 7-day program, participants work with their mentor-led group to gain a deep understanding of a pressing global concern – be it mental health, poverty, or climate change – and create a project to address it.

Upon completion of the program, students have the opportunity to receive year-long mentorship to further develop and implement their social change project. What sets this workshop apart is that its mentors are not just lecturers, but current university students who have already gained valuable experience and training at a young age and understand the complexities of growing up in the 21st century. By breaking down age-based authority structures and engaging in hands-on activities, the mentors become approachable advisors and supportive friends to the participants. Due to its effectiveness, the workshop is in high demand and has been held in various countries such as Japan, Myanmar, Colorado, Dubai, and Puerto Rico.
