Nainika is the Manager of the Early Advising service line and is one of the longest-serving members at The Red Pen. She works closely with students, understanding their passions and interests, and helping them build their resumes. Her particular forte is providing inputs about opportunities and resources for students to pursue and hone their skills. Her commitment to helping young students carve their path to their future is unparalleled.

Nainika also serves as a senior consultant on the undergraduate team and is responsible for helping with over 200 student applications to universities in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Asia.In high school, Nainika served as a psychology teaching assistant and mentored many students through their academic commitments. She has also actively volunteered for Akanksha, among other non-profit organizations. At university, Nainika completed internships at Alvarez and Marshal, and Percept. In the past, she has lived in London. Nainika currently lives in Mumbai, India. Motilal Oswal, and Elara. He has been associated with IMMPL for a year and is currently a part of the Mumbai Advisory Division.

Rhea has a degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology/Anthropology from Denison University, USA. During her time at Denison University, Rhea worked for the Admissions office in various roles including prospective student program coordinator, tour guide, and senior interviewer. After graduating, she worked for The Ohio State University as an Admissions Counselor where she advised domestic and international students through the admissions process as well as evaluated student applications. Through both these experiences, Rhea has become proficient in the US admissions process.
