Ph.D. in English Literature from Harvard University,

Marissa Grunes is a literary scholar who studies nineteenth- and twentieth-century American poetry and fiction. She holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from Harvard University, focusing on literature, environmental history, and the sciences. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow with the American Association of University Women.
