Dhruva Bhat
Dhruva Bhat is a PhD student at Oxford University’s Department of International Development, and one of the directors of the Lumiere Research Scholar Program. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and from Oxford with an MPhil in International Development as a Rhodes Scholar.
