What will you learn

The workshop delves into entrepreneurship for the 21st century and beyond. Federico talks about creating value beyond the financial one, moving away from extractive practices/innovation, and the rise of social enterprise.

Students will be introduced to what innovation means and what it is in the 21st century and why it is important, including incremental and disruptive innovation and different types of Innovation. They will be guided through exercise on how to move into an innovative mindset, learn how and why to break (some) rules, collect ideas everywhere, believe the impossible and to value diversity in collaborations.

Federico Bortoletto

I am a professional experimenter, constantly propelled by the desire to co-create, innovate, and work with people to solve our most pressing and complex challenges. I am a Kaospilot graduate living in Aarhus, DK by way of Milan and New York.

One day I want to get a master’s in medieval history, but until then, I’ll continue to support individuals, communities, and institutions who recognize that we need new approaches to respond to the challenges of our increasingly complex world. What gets me up in the morning is the desire to build relationships and enable collaborations among people who have the will to work on things that they care for and that positively impact the world.
